    The best pragmatic and and complete book on Marketing I've ever read. Is basically A to Z for Marketing a Small (and not only Small) Businesses.I am a Graphic Designer, and being a a Designer we don't learn and don't develop to think like a Marketer, we think to be "Creative" and Create what WE believe is good.I am being responsible for the Communication - Design and Marketing - of a small Laundry Business in Portugal, and we are having huge Success, following the fundamentals of this book. Because this book gives you the fundamentals and great templates you can apply from the all legends of Advertising. I ordered some books on Marketing like, "Ogilvy on Marketing"; "Tested Advertising Methods - John Caples"; etc , but I don't have time and the energy to read those books and I don't want to MASTER Marketing - i just want understand the basic fundamentals that work and have some templates that works. Well, in this book it gives you what you need without having a full library of Marketing legends.I highly recommend too from the same author, to complement: "There's a Customer Born Every Minute: P.T. Barnum's Secrets to Business Success". Is general overview of Marketing tactics that anyone can apply, from one of the greatest Marketeers: P.T Barnum. And again, I had a great idea - and my Client loved - that i applied from reading this second book of Joe Vitale's book on P.T Barnum book.
